I hope you all enjoyed your holiday break~we spent ours with good friends at Sunny Day in Motoyoshi. 6 days of great food, music, relaxing and surfing.

かんぺっきにリラックスできました～一緒に遊んでくれた皆さんありがとう！ 2010年に向けて羽ばたこうと思っています。みなさんが今年の楽しい時、笑っている時を１５０％を楽しめるように。。。そして辛い時を超えるために、必要な物を近くいいますように。。。

The block party last Sunday was fantastic. Hanging out outside, with old friends, new friends, great food, groovy music. Kids and adults from the neighborhood, guests from Iwate, passing the day with good conversation…this is the good stuff in life…and all in my own backyard. Luxury…
この間の近所祭り最高だた！子どもたち、友達、美味しい飲み物、食べ物、焼き物、グルービー音楽。。。近くから来た人、遠くから来た人、面白い会話で一日を過ごす。。。これは人生の美味しい所。。。んで私の庭だた。。。贅沢だな～

ジャジー, ファンク、スローテンポの音楽、美味しい食べもの、みんなと楽しい会話、
ゆっくりとフレンドリーな日曜日を過ごしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
今度の18(日曜日）にナ チュラルヒーリングスタジオで六十人町ご近所祭りを開
催します！
その日はガーデンで遊んだり、ハーブカクテルと手作りエスプレッソを飲んだ
り、河原町 のCafe De Mieuxのイタリア料理でうっとり！もちろんご希望があれ
ばディープティシューマッサージ体験やハーブラインナップとの出会いと盛りだ
くさん。
そしてライブはなんと！antennasiaと Sanbeamが来てくれます。すごいカッコい
いよ。
ああ天気が良いと最高なんだけどなぁ。楽しみだぁ～。友達もぜひ誘ってみんな

その日は、近くの若林区役所で若林区民祭りもあります、両方の祭りで楽しめる
よ！

ノイズがない所
問題がない所
つらくない所にいる意味ではなくて
ノイズの中でも、問題の中でも、つらい立場の中にいっても
心の中が静か
peace…
it does not mean to be in a place absent from
noise
trouble or
hard work.
it means to be in the midst of those things and still
be calm in your heart

でたまに思い出して （特に心は静かじゃない時に） 落ち着く。
一番シンプルな事は一番忘れやすいのはなんでだろう？

The full moon party last week was great~I spent the night on the deck of the studio, under a full moon, with about 20 beautiful girls~good times. Each of the ladies who came added something really special to the party, thanks so much!
この間の月見パーティはすごい楽しかった～デッキの上に月を見ながら女性２０人くらいが素敵な時間を過ごした。来てくれた人はみんなそれぞれの面白いポイントがあるので良い話いっぱいできたね。。。ありがとう！
