Hey, nice to meet you! I’m Autumn, an American living in Sendai, Japan. I am a gardener, an herbalist, a surfer, a camper, a massage therapist, and a barefoot wanderer.
はじめまして！アメリカから来て仙台に住んでいるオータムです。私は薬草学者、ハーブの栽培者、サーファー、キャンパー、マッサージセラピスト、裸足放浪者。
I’ve lived in Japan for 8 years, and it has become my second home. I’ve always loved plants and nature and decided to make a job out of my passion. I studied herbal medicine and massage therapy in San Diego, California at Body Mind College and the Natural Healing Institute. I was also lucky enough to learn folk herbalism from John Finch, a well respected teacher throughout the U.S. I worked with Dr. Edward Lloyd at Grand Avenue Chiropractic in San Diego, California before coming to Sendai to open my own studio.
私は仙台に８年間住んでいるのでセコンドホームになています。植物と自然はずっと好きだたので自然治療を勉強して夢なナチュラルヒーリングスタジオを作てました。サンディエゴの Body Mind College でマッサージセラピー、Natural Healing Institute でハーブと薬草学を専門しました。さらにアメリカですごいレスペクトされている民間療法の先生John Finch と一緒に勉強できました。
