毎年夏の祭り、キャンプ、バーベキューなどすごい楽しみするけど蚊が気になるよね。 Good newsはハーブの力で蚊よけが作れます！ハーブを使うと人間の体臭は植物の香りになて蚊がよって来ない。さらに体、皮膚、地球にやさしい。 私虫よけとして一番好きなエッセンシャルオイルは、レモンユーカリ。 レモンユーカリの主成citridiolはニューヨーク殺虫剤省にディートの自然な代替としてすすめられている。よし～外で安心して遊ぼう！
I really look forward to Summer festivals, camping and bbq’s every year, but mosquitos kind of ruin it for me. The good news is, you can keep them away using essential oils…they hide your smell from mosquitos so even if their little heat sensors tell them that you are there, you smell like a plant and they lose interest. Plus, you can put it directly on your skin and it’s not full of crazy chemicals like the sprays they sell in the big drug stores. My favorite essential oil for mosquito spray is lemon eucalyptus. Citridiol, the main constituent in the oil, has even been recommended by the New York Pesticide Management Department as a natural alternative to DEET. Nice, now you can hang out outside without swatting and itching all the time.
